1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use ShlamaMatch. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. You may not create more than one account, impersonate anyone, or use the app on behalf of someone else.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members; upload nudity, explicit content, or images that aren't of you; solicit money; promote services or third-party businesses; use the app for anything illegal; or scrape, copy, or misuse other members' data.
4. Content you post
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. By posting, you grant ShlamaMatch a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content solely to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
5. Moderation and termination
We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Serious violations (harassment, minors on the platform, threats) result in immediate removal.
6. No guarantee of matches
ShlamaMatch is a platform for meeting people. We do not guarantee compatibility, responses, matches, marriages, or the accuracy of any other member's information.
7. Meeting people offline
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, online and in person. Please review our Community Guidelines for safety tips. Never send money to anyone you meet on ShlamaMatch.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShlamaMatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
